Dress Code
Tumble Tots/Creative Movement - Any dancewear that allows dancers flexibility to move freely. Hair pulled back away from face. Barefoot.

Ballet - Leotard & pink tights. Ballet skirts are acceptable. Hair in a neat bun, pink split-sole, canvas ballet shoes.

Jazz - Form-fitting clothing or leotard and tights - no sweatpants, pajama pants or jeans. Hair pulled back away from face. Tan or black jazz shoes.
​
Lyrical/Contemporary - Form-fitting clothing or leotard and tights - no sweatpants, pajama pants or jeans. Hair pulled back away from face. Barefoot.
​
Acro - Form-fitting clothing or leotard and tights (capri, footless or stirrup) - no sweatpants, pajama pants or jeans. Hair neatly pulled back, bun preferred for dancers with long hair. Barefoot (No socks!)

Tap - Any dance attire comfortable to move in, no bottoms that go below feet, no pajama pants or jeans. Hair neatly pulled out of face. Black tap shoes. Jason Samuels preferred for level 3 dancers.

Hip Hop - Any clothing that's comfortable to move in - no pajama pants or jeans. Hair neatly pulled back. Clean sneakers that are only used for dance class. No street shoes.
Male Dress Code:
Ballet - Black jazz pants, white T-shirt, black ballet shoes.

Hip Hop - Any clothing that's comfortable to move in, no jeans. Clean sneakers (no street shoes).
Other Styles - Any clothing that’s comfortable to move in, no jeans.
Other:

Female students should plan to have hair long enough to put into a pony/bun for competitions and recital.

Students must have natural colored hair for competitions and recital.

Students must remove body piercings and jewelry for competitions and recital.

Students must remove any nail polish for competitions and recital. Neutral nail polish or a light French manicure (with short nails) are okay.
